10-week sessions on Tai Chi basic movements & beginning form.
* 6:45pm to 7:45pm --- Continuing study
10-week sessions on Tai Chi solo form.
For students advanced from beginner's session.
$64 per session for CRS members; $80 per session for non-members.

A standing meditation for relaxing arms and shoulders.
WEDNESDAY evenings
At Robert Frost Middle School in Rockville.
(On Scott Drive, Off Wootton Parkway.)
* 7:00pm to 8:30pm --- Fundamental class.
For beginners and continuing students.
On Cheng Man-ching style traditional Tai Chi solo form.
* 8:30pm to 10:00pm --- Development class.
For continuing students.
On Tai Chi posture applications.
Fee: $280 for a 6-month membership, one 90-minute class per week.
Or, $20 per visit. On-going classes all year round.
Long-term commitment is expected.

Meeting on top of the hill by the mini-train station.
Open to WUWEI Tai Chi Club students and friends.
* 9:30am to 11:30am ---
Co-op practice on solo form, Sensing-hands, and Tai Chi sword.
Meeting all year round. Rain or shine. Hot or cold. |
The train Station provides extended roof for the wet days.
